They have thousands of financial advisers. And they will recommend you and your specialist knowledge to their clients. You'll enjoy conversion rates of 60-75%. A steady flow of quality leads. And an environment to showcase your knowledge. As a specialist you'll have experience in advising clients on protection products. You'll have R01 and R05 or be able to pass these qualifications when you join. You will want to work for a firm that focuses on quality over quantity. One that gives you every resource to be successful. One that can offer a pathway to financial advice over the long-term. With ambitious plans in place, you'll have the opportunity to develop. You'll receive a basic salary of up to £32,000 and bonus of up to 60% of your salary. And get the chance to advise, not sell.
