Job title: Commis/Demi Chef de Partie/Chef de Partie Salary: Up to 24,000 GBP Location: Wantage, Oxfordshire Type of contract: Permanent Workplace description: Overlooking the historic market place of Wantage in Oxfordshire, this hotel has always been a staging point for weary travellers and today provides the perfect venue for a relaxing stop-over or longer break. The hotel has 37 en-suite bedrooms - all with the amenities you would expect from a hotel renowned for offering first class accommodation and comfort. Main duties and responsibilities: You will report to the Head Chef and be responsible for the kitchen in his absence. Duties will include prep and cooking along with ordering and maintaining stock, ensuring the cleanliness and hygiene is maintained at all times.
