Customer Account Specialist Permanent £25,000 plus benefits Milton Keynes Our client has established itself as the market leader in their industry. This rapidly expanding business presents a fantastic opportunity to be part of the biggest change in the automotive industry for a century The Customer Account Specialist main task is to manage multiple applications and provide excellent customer service levels. You will be required to demonstrate good time management alongside the ability to extract technical information form customer provided photos. Key Responsibilities & Tasks of the Customer Account Specialist: Provide customer service and account management Receive and process applications for installation within agreed timescales Liaising with the customer throughout the process Managing and prioritising workloads- emails, call backs, new applications, review of pre-booked applications Conducting a prequalifying telephone survey of the property Evaluating photos of electrical components within the property Review of technical survey reports and follow up with customers Arranging pre-booking dates for installation Processing payments to finalise booking appointments Delivering a high level of customer service throughout the journey Responding to general enquiries via email and phone Support field electricians with customer queries Skills & Experience of the Customer Account Specialist: Passionate about providing excellent customer service Practical mindset, knowledge of engineering an advantage Excellent attention to detail and accuracy Strong clear verbal and written English skills Proficient with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook) Organised and able to balance priorities Working hours: A shift pattern is worked between the hours of 8.00am and 7.00pm. You will work an 8-hour day (40 hours per week) which will include one in four Saturdays 9.00am - 1.00pm.
