Mail Metro Media are seeking a motivated, enthusiastic Ad Operations Specialist with a can do attitude to traffic and optimise campaigns for the Mail Metro Media website sites and Apps. This role will provide plenty or opportunity to learn new skills and will suit someone who enjoys communicating with both internal and external clients. The Ad Operations team serve a critical role in the management and optimisation of Direct Response campaigns with the primary objective of exceeding client expectations for the performance of their marketing budgets across Mail Metro Media brands. The Senior Ad Operations Specialist will be expected to set an example, support junior team members with their work and resolve conflict effectively. The team regularly interact with the Sales teams who manage clients' overall expectations and campaigns across all the portfolio of products. The team also provide regular feedback to the Media Buying team on the quality of publisher inventory and data, and in collaboration with the Yield Management team, on how media buying efforts may improve campaign performance. Responsibilities Trafficking all direct display campaigns Campaign planning and delivery management with the objective of reaching client ROI goals Assess data available to make performance based decisions on media and campaign optimisation Assess the campaign objectives and if required request more information to effectively optimise the campaign Analyse the designated campaigns on the Sites ensuring optimum delivery and allocation of impressions between campaigns.
