JOB TITLE: Physio Therapist Reporting to: Spa Manager PRIMARY ACCOUNTABILITY: To support the Spa Manager in all aspects of the development and delivery of physiotherapy led health spa, through operational excellence and exceptional professional guest service. Company: My client owns some of the most luxurious hotels and spas around the world. They have recently redeveloped a grade 1 building in Buxton and have an opportunity for a Physiotherapist on a Permanent basis. The company offers 21 st century pampering in the elegant surroundings of one of England’s finest Georgian buildings. This is a spa experience as rich in history as it is in healthy minerals. The grade 1 listed building is one of the most architecturally significant buildings in the country. The redevelopment and restoration will secure a major investment of circa £50 million in Buxton and put the town back on the national and international map as England’s leading spa town. Duties · Provide a 5-star experience to every guest and patient · Ensure that all guests/patients receive an efficient, professional and a quality service during their treatment · Deliver a level of service which exceeds all guest/patients’ expectations by completing all treatments in a consistently thorough manner and in the time allocated · Adapt treatments in any way necessary in order to accommodate every guest/ patient’s needs · Offer advice to guests/patients on the range of treatments and products available, and home care routines · Utilise the facilities available to provide the best care to our guests and patients · Assist with special promotions, as required, taking every opportunity to up sell · Maintain accurate consultation records for all guests/ patients. The ideal candidate will be flexible with working hours and days, 40 hours per week over the 7 days.
