Overview

Support Worker who is compassionate, organised and enjoys helping people with good communication skills is required for a Learning Disabilities Charity. Although previous experience of working with adults with learning disabilities is desirable, it is more important that you demonstrate good values in order to support and encourage others to make decisions about their own lives, based on their talents and abilities. No two days will be the same as you support clients with all aspects of their individual care package. As the Support Worker, this means you will be helping with their everyday activities, day trips, personal care needs, medication etc. Why apply for this role with the Trust?
