Overview

Senior Carer / Team Leader / Shift Leader / Senior HCA. Elderly Care & Dementia. York, North Yorkshire. My client is a privately owned care provider looking for a senior carer / care team leader to join their team. You will have good experience in the care sector, working at a senior/team leader level, comfortable leading a small team of carers to deliver high-quality, compassionate, person-centred care. This is an attractive home in a good location just outside York (including free parking). You will be joining an organisation that believes in the value of training and supporting staff, and they are currently investing in a range of projects which will ensure that the home is delivering the best possible levels of care to its residents, and also a great working environment for the staff. You will ideally have your NVQ Level 3 (or 4), but the organisation will also commit to helping you achieve further qualifications which will enable you to progress your career. The position will be 42 hours, working days, taking the lead role of a team of 3 carers. The home is near York, North Yorkshire, and easily reached from the surrounding areas, and this position will suit an ambitious Senior Carer, Senior HCA or Care Team Leader / Shift Leader.
