The Position Our core mission is to transform our shared services business and to drive innovation and increased efficiencies in the NHS. We do this by assessing current business processes and capabilities as part of digital transformation initiatives and to support strategic priorities across our lines of business. You will drive cost reductions and support innovation at the enterprise level by managing business requirements and leading the functional design, prototyping and process design stages of Oracle and Oracle Cloud solutions. Key responsibilities Identifying, writing and managing business requirements, strategic business cases and high level systems architectures Developing business and technical roadmaps for core ERP (Financial) platform Contributing to and assuring the functional and technical design, prototyping and process design stages of implementations (including scenario design, flow mapping) Working with internal and external senior stakeholders (up to C-level) to inform business and technical strategy and identify key business opportunities and risks Essential skills Functional professional with 2 ERP Financials implementations (e.g., Oracle ERP Cloud, Oracle R12) and a senior team member, team lead or Project Manager on at least 1 full cycle implementation. Experience as a resource in the implementation lifecycle of at least 1 Oracle ERP Cloud project (Release 10 or later). A minimum of 6 years of experience implementing some combination of Oracle Financials applications such as: General Ledger (GL), Sub-ledger Accounting (SLA), Financial Accounting Hub (FAH), Accounts Receivables (AR), Accounts Payables (AP), Cash Management, Fixed Assets,Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Invoice modules Oracle ERP Cloud experience in at least one or more of these modules: General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Management, Procurement, Expenses and Enterprise Contracts Demonstrated experience as a senior resource assisting in the definition of systems strategy, gathering and documenting business requirements, leading fit-gap analysis, as-is and to- be business process designs, conference room pilots (CRPs) functional configuration, testing, client user training.
