Service Engineer (Agricultural Equipment) Stourport and Surrounding Areas £30,000 to £33,000 Overtime Available (OTE £40,000) Holidays Pension Life assurance Van Phone Laptop No stay away Service Engineer required for a well-established agricultural equipment dealer and service provider offering great earning potential and comprehensive in house and manufacturer training. The Service Engineer role will suit candidates from plant, agriculture, military and/or HGV backgrounds. You will have experience of working with diesel engines, hydraulics, pneumatics and will be confident with diagnostics and electrical fault finding. If not a trained agricultural engineer you will have an interest in or some experience of agricultural machinery. The Service role will be based from the Worcestershire depot and you will spend approx. 75% of your time out on farms and at customer’s sites. You will be visiting agricultural clients and conducting service, maintenance and repair on farming equipment. During peak season there is mandatory overtime and you will be on rotating call out over the weekend period. When not on the road you will be in the workshop, carrying out PDI’s, servicing, repairs, refurbishment of used stock.
