Part-time HR Manager Circa 25 Hours per week Our client is a well known and successful business based in the Bingley area. Due to the retirement, they are seeking to appoint an experience HR Manager with a good generalist background who fulfil their all-encompassing HR remit. You will have extensive experience within a generalist HR role, with specific reference to employee relations and have the energy to motivation to bring life to their HR function, whilst ensuring the Directors and the Senior Management Team act within the best practice guidelines. The main purpose of the role is to provide expert advice and proactive support to line managers and Directors in attracting, motivating, retaining and developing employees (and thus help to achieve business goals and objectives through people). You will be responsible for the following: Providing advice to managers and the leadership team relating to policy and procedures, and best practice. Liaising with relevant recruitment partners. Undertaking pre-screening checks, and on boarding new employees Payroll. Preparing the monthly salaries, Providing accurate information and loading this to Sage Payroll, for the FD to authorise. Delivering coaching to the management team regarding HR policies Involved in ad-hoc projects and HR administration. The ideal candidate will have experience within a fast-paced organisation, ideally CIPD level 5(or equivalent) with extensive ER experience.
