Operations Manager required for Outstanding Home Care Business in Essex Your new company You will be working with an outstanding home care business which receives fantastic reviews from both it's clients and current staff. This warm, friendly business is looking for an operations manager to keep their standards high, but also increase business following a re-brand Your new role You will work closely with the board to work on future business strategies, work with local commissioners, market the company to new providers, carry out contract reviews and respond to tenders. You will have full oversight of the business on a day to day basis and work closely with what is a very happy, hard working care team. What you'll need to succeed Experience of home care and domiciliary is a must as well as previous CQC registration and experience of marketing a care business. You must be supportive of all staff and offer help and advice when needed.
