Finance Business Partner | Large Prestigious, Fast-Paced Healthcare Provider | £60-£65,000 | London I am hugely excited to be recruiting a Finance Business Partner for one of London's largest healthcare providers. This business are looking for a personable, pro-active FBP to join their 5-strong business partnering team and provide key financial support into senior medical and operations professionals within the organisation overseeing a £100m budget. There are fantastic opportunities for career development and this role will take place in a fast-faced environment, client focussed environment. Core job duties include: Build close, collaborative relationships with key budget holders/clinical professionals to advise them on financial matters, at times you'll have to challenge their point of views and raise though-provoking conversations. The analysis and interpretation of daily and monthly reporting, management accounts, forecasts and budgets to help advise budget holders on expenditure Utilise your commercial and financial skillset with the mitigation and negotiation of new/existing, large and possibly multimillion-pound service contract engagements Develop and nurture an indirect team of 5 (Assistant MA to Senior MA level) members of the team In order to be considered for this role, you must be a commercially orientated, strong-communicating Finance Business Partner who has worked in a large £100m-£1b entity, anyone from the healthcare industry would be beneficial however it's not necessarily required, you will be provided with everything you need to understand this business. You must be able to deal with a fast-paced environment, numerous face to face meetings with budget holders on a weekly basis and be passionate about providing a better healthcare service for the majority. In return you will receive a salary between the region of £60,000-£65,000 (slight flex possible), generous benefits and holiday allowance as well as several other unique perks whilst also being recognised as a key finance figure in quite simply one of the most influential healthcare service providers in the country.
