Overview

Professional, Confident Sales Administrator required for a successful market leader in their industry based near Stourbridge. The right candidate will Prepare and assist in the preparation of all drawings and quotations Assume daily office responsibilities Discuss the opening of new accounts with the credit controller and with Directors. Liaise with the Directors where special terms of payment are required Respond to telephone, fax and email enquires Liaise with customers at all levels Advise on application and limitations of the company’s products Check order acknowledgements ensuring that all details are correct in accordance with customer order requirements with respect to specification, price, delivery and account Follow up all new sales leads Actively seek new outlets for all new products Assist in the design and development of new and existing products. Candidate specification Candidates must be confident and keen to get on the phone to develop customer relationships, as opposed to prefer to work from email, which will still be done but as a second preference to phone contact Candidates also must be able to retain information and apply great attention to detail to ensure quality of all communication and accurate order processing to fulfil customer requirements correctly.
