Overview
Conveyancer. Stockport Paying up to £38k My client is seeking a residential conveyancer to join their expanding residential conveyancing team. The ideal candidate must be an experienced Legal Executive or Residential Solicitor. The work is high volume and face paced so there is a consistent influx of work to get stuck into. You will be responsible for liaising with clients and third parties including taking instructions from solicitors and mortgage brokers. You will also be responsible for title checks and liaising with the land registry.
