A new and exciting opportunity has arisen for a Conveyancer at a Top 200 law firm in Stockport. The Firm This firm has recently expanded their conveyancing department due to client demand and receiving an influx of new work. The team is based in Stockport with easy rail and motorway transport links as well as local parking options. Your New Role In this Conveyancing role, you will be taking on a broad mix of work provided by local sources such as estate agents and lenders as well national conveyancing panels. You will manage a caseload of circa. 80 files of freehold and leasehold transactions, with matters to include: Sales and purchases Right to buy New build Transfer of equity Shared ownership Shared equity matter It is not expected that you have experience in all of these areas as training will be provided. You will be working in a fast-paced team environment, gaining exposure to a national client base. Candidate Profile The appointed Conveyancer will require: 2 years’ experience within conveyancing Experience of running their own conveyancing caseload The ability to multi-task and work to a high standard whilst doing so The ability to train new staff, supervise and fee earn in the absence of senior conveyancers Salary & Benefits On offer to the appointed Conveyancer: £21,000 - £25,000 per annum Pension Healthcare Medical insurance On-site parking Bonus package Apply Now If you would like to be considered for this Conveyancer opportunity based in Stockport, please don’t hesitate to get in touch with an up to date CV.
