A well-established and highly regarded regional firm would like to welcome a passionate and dedicated residential conveyancer to their specialist team. This full service, high quality firm have deep roots within the communities they work in-being known for their talented and trustworthy professionals. The successful candidate will join a thriving residential conveyancing department, working alongside a team of friendly and supportive experts. As a residential conveyancer within this firm you will - Work across the full spectrum of conveyancing matters handling a busy and varied caseload that will include sales, purchases, transfers of equity and building and maintenance. Support clients throughout the entirety of their cases- offering them tailored advice and attentive care. Be offered a competitive salary along with being encouraged to progress long term within the firm. The ideal candidate for this role would be confident and efficient and bring along with them around two years or more experience of handling their own busy caseload.
