My client is one of the largest Conveyancing firms in the UK who continue to expand nationally, they currently seek Experienced Residential Conveyancers who are looking to work from home and join its home working team which continues to grow. If you live in Manchester, Cheshire or Lancashire and Cumbria and want to work under your own supervision and would like the opportunity to move your career from the office to your home then this Home Working Residential Conveyancer role could be the opportunity for you. Within this Residential Conveyancer role you will be responsible for managing your own Conveyancing caseload which would include sale and purchase, shared ownership, new build, right to buy, and re-mortgages. You will also be required to maintain focus on client service/care, handling all queries throughout the process whilst keeping regular contact with clients including estate agents, customers, and other solicitors. To be considered for this Home Working Residential Conveyancer role, you must be capable of handling a broad conveyancing caseload, while also having 3 years of experience handling at least 80 Residential Property files from start to finish with minimal support. Additional to the home working environment, you will also benefit from a competitive salary up to £35,000, with an attractive bonus based on completion targets, and customer service satisfaction.
