Overview

We are looking for a hardworking and enthusiastic individual that will integrate well within our existing energetic team. To be suitable for the role the applicant will need to be self-motivated and keen to make a positive influence. Responsibilities: Answering telephone calls and greeting visitors. Producing reports on performance and accounts daily. Invoice distribution. Reporting and assisting the Finance Director with spreadsheets. Producing and analysing Key Performance Indicators. Providing administrative assistance to all departments. It is imperative that the candidate is trustworthy as an element of work being undertaken is confidential. Excel skills are essential as spreadsheets are a key part of the role. The candidate should be friendly, helpful and engaging, to reflect our company USP and reputation. Having good knowledge of Microsoft Outlook and Word are also key skills essential to the role. We are looking for enthusiasm from the outset. Someone with close attention to detail and a desire for problem solving with a strong analytical frame of mind would suit the role perfectly.
