Operations Manager - Supported Living for Adults with Learning Disabilities Oxford, Oxfordshire £32,500 - £38,000 p/a Introduction Compass Associates are proud to be working on a reputable and national provider of Supported Living services to Adults with Mild to Severe Learning Disabilities and other Complex Needs, with a remit to recruit for a new Operations Manager to aid with the management of the Oxfordshire area. Overview This is a great opportunity for an experienced hands-on operator or multi-site manager) to work and lead within a highly valued, quality focussed organisation that has a genuine person-centred approach. Working with the Managing Director and other operational manager within the region, you will be providing leadership to ever improve on quality, compliance and growth while also providing support and structure to the Service Managers by promoting the organisations values that brings everyone together. The Operations Manager will hold the CQC Registration to lead from the front for focus on the standards of quality, as well as growth, operations and performance of each service. You will be involved with the financial and budgetary side of the role to ensure that commercially the remit is successful and be passionate about developing relationships with stakeholder's and local authorities. Summary My client is seeking a proven leader that has a genuine passion for the quality of services, who is flexible and can work in an autonomous role to be a hands-on, inspirational and visible leader. This person will successfully oversee and develop a portfolio of Supported Living services supporting Adults with Learning Disabilities and other Complex Needs.
