Overview
Operations Manager Location: Oxford We have partnered with an Oxford based start-up and they are looking for an Operations Manager. This is an incredibly varied role which will give you exposure to various aspects of the commercial world. It would be suited to an ambitious, flexible individual who is excited by the unknown. My client has recently been through a successful fundraising exercise and as a result, they are looking for someone to manage the day-to-day business activities as they scale. Key responsibilities: Operations Manager To provide support to the existing workforce, including CEO & CCO Proactively highlight opportunities to implement systems/technology to ensure that the business is running efficiently Working with external contractors to ensure that invoices are posted, and payroll is processed Purchasing of materials/hardware for the business To work closely with an external contractor on HR/Legal matters Creating a positive brand to ensure that we are an employer of choice for top talent Organising onboarding & inductions for new starters Personal Specification: Operations Manager Proactive Attention to detail Brand ambassador Flexible If this sounds like you, please apply and we'll be in touch to discuss your application.
