Overview

Domus are currently working exclusively with a fantastic national charitable organisation to recruit for a Head of Operations to cover their portfolio of services across Southern England which incorporates Greater London, Oxfordshire and the West Midlands. This is an exciting time for the organisation are they a going through a period of change and as a result they are seeking proven Senior Manager with experience over a number of years of reporting to board level. They need an innovative proven leader who can really drive the organisation into the next stage of its growth. They must be commercially astute, dynamic and ideally have experience of transformational change management. They are paying up to £55,000 dependent on experience. Responsibilities: • All operational activity across one defined division. • Ensuring regulatory and contractual compliance requirements are met and exceeded. • Leading and engaging teams of significant size across wide geographical areas. • Driving the continued development and delivery of cost-effective, innovative and truly person-centred support. • For the performance of the services in the division from a regulatory, financial and quality perspective. Interview Process • This process will be concluded with a one stage interview process at the end of March, taking place at their head office. The ideal candidate: • Someone who can ?hit the ground running'. • Have proven experience at Operations level and have managed teams of Managers previously. • Have at least 5 years' experience of working at a senior level within a social care setting • Be experienced, honest, transparent with a warming approach, level headed and keeping the local authorities on-side. • Have experience in the management of budgetary and performance issue as well as a variety of other contractual requirements. • Maintain and develop good relationships with commissioners and families of the people supported. • Level 5 Social Care or management qualification.
