Overview
Scrum Master / Agile Scrum leader / Certified Scrum Master needed by aggressively scaling global FinTech. The Scrum Master / Agile Scrum leader / Certified Scrum Master will own and implement Scrum and Agile process for a B2B SaaS product that facilitates low cost, fast money transfers, FX and payments to and from Frontier Markets in the developing world. The Scrum Master / Agile Scrum leader / Certified Scrum Master will: ·Challenge and improve the operation of the team ·Embed operating models that value ownership, predictability and responsiveness ·Mentor and execute Agile, Lean, and Continuous Delivery best practices, embedding DevOps behaviours and principles driving a model of continuous delivery ·Take a data-driven approach to helping the team become high performing. ·Support the day to day running of the teams, helping them to meet their commitment to their sprint goal. The Scrum Master / Agile Scrum leader / Certified Scrum Master must have: ·5 years in Agile/Scrum master positions ·Expert knowledge in everything JIRA related ·The ability to adopt and deliver CPO product vision, adapting to ways of working ·Proven ability driving Scrum teams, along attention to detail & excellent organisational skills This is a great opportunity for a Scrum Master / Agile Scrum leader / Certified Scrum Master to join a growing FinTech who are changing the way payments are made in the Frontier Markets.
