Overview

You will join us as a Regional Coordinator. Your duties will include overseeing and ensuring a coordinated and timely administration service to the staff of the region (including the Regional Director, as well as boards and committees as required). Regional Coordinator Responsibilities: As well as overseeing the administration service, you will also be responsible for managing an Administrative Assistant. Other duties include maintaining and ensuring appropriate use of budgets (including processing invoices and the ordering of goods and services) and preparation and facilitation of a variety of meetings, shows and events in a cost-effective, organised manner. From a systems perspective, you will have an understanding of CRM systems and be able to co-ordinate and administer the regional office Internet pages. Regional Coordinator Requirements: Our ideal candidate will be able to hit the ground running. Experience in supervising an administerial function and in general office management would be a distinct advantage. You should be a dedicated and organised individual, with excellent communication skills. You will be highly motivated, quick to learn and able to prioritise your own workload. Having good attention to detail is essential for the role, as is well-rounded experience in the above duties. Why join our team?
