The main goal of the Account Manager is to identify, generate, manage and retain a portfolio of customers operating within large single or multi-site locations, within a specified region This role will support the UK Fire and Security channel in developing and driving forward a clear service revenue growth strategy aimed at supporting the business wide goals of increasing the overall contract portfolio nationally. What can we offer you? + Competitive Basic salary (up to 45,000) with an attractive OTE (60-75,000) + Company vehicle or cash allowance + Experienced, dynamic and highly skilled leadership team + Paradigm.... + 24 days holidays plus bank holidays, plus option to purchase additional days + Generous pension scheme + Free parking + Fully funded study + A central Benefits programme that offers a wide variety of discounts, soon to include Health & Wellbeing services + Bravo Awards which recognise outstanding contributions from all employees and encourage excellence What will I be doing as an Account Manager for Service Sales? + Sell the full range of fire and security services across an existing base of customers and achieve new strategic business gains through the proactive management of customers, ensuring retention and increase of their Fire & Security spend. + Develop an individual sales business plan for each customer and prospect, building rapport effectively with customers to ensure long term revenue growth. + Focus on an grow the agreed sectors, utilize framework agreements and exceed monthly targets for Recurring Revenue, Outright Purchase Sales and customer attrition targets in line with individual sales plans. + Taken ownership of the customer in all aspects relating to the administration, sales and service delivery process ensuring the customer is given the highest level of customer service. To be successful in this role you will possess: + A laser focus on results: commercially astute, with a successful sales track record in the services sector, specifically the development of existing business + The ability to communicate clearly at all levels of the business, experience of negotiating at director level + The ability to plan and organize across all aspects of the role, in particular show an ability to prepare, area plan & structure/ conduct effective sales calls and meetings. + Customer orientated mindset and the ability to work well under pressure + Current UK driving licence More about us: Chubb Fire & Security (a Carrier Company) is one of the most recognised fire and security brands in the world.
