Our Milton Keynes based client has a exciting opportunity to join their Customer Experience Team as a Team Leader. Position: Customer Experience Team Leader Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am to 5.30pm Salary: £32,000 per annum The job will involve… - Leading a fast paced team to support customers through multiple channels - Being accountable for creating a positive environment to ensure service excellence - Providing strong strategic and operational direction for your team - Being a champion for change and continuous improvement - Owning team performance, ensuring passion & energy about doing the right thing - Developing and monitoring processes and systems - Providing solutions & options to improve any inefficiencies - Conducting regular check in’s and personal development meetings with the team - Conducting interviews for new recruits, ensuring high standards are continued - Working closely with the team to drive strong relationships and communication - Giving and receiving feedback on the service being provided The Person will… - Have a minimum of two years experience within a people management role (essential) - Possess excellent leadership skills with the ability to set a positive example - Have the ability to challenge poor behaviours if required - Have a passionate for delivering a consistent and high quality customer experience - Continuously look to make improvements to service levels - Be curious, keen with a desire to take ownership - Be a confident communicator, asking questions and providing ideas - Be a disciplined, organized, proactive and motivated individual - Have a forward thinking and progressive attitude, always using opportunities to learn - Is passionate about making a difference and deeply cares about people Please note that at times due to the volume of applications we may not be able to respond to each person individually.
