Your role as Office Administrator will be varied and will include a wide range of duties, so will suit someone who enjoys working in a varied and fast paced environment. Description You will be providing full administrative support, and you will enjoy a varied role where you will be given the opportunity to really develop the role into your own. Duties will include but certainly not limited to : Copy typing of documents and reports Arranging travel internationally for directors Answering and directing telephone enquiries Utilising an in-house system to update information Profile You will be a confident individual who possesses outstanding interpersonal skills and have previous experience within an administration role, ideally within the financial services sector.
