Our ultimate goal is to help our customers achieve their growth plans. About the role: We are seeking a highly motivated escrow officer to support us remotely. You will be responsible for handling our UK freelancer transactions by establishing new escrow accounts, managing funds, processing documents for closings, and completing settlements. Acts as a neutral liaison between file parties, adheres to company policy, and monitors and mitigates risk to the company. estudio/nk ® honors our relationships with our customers by listening to individual needs and providing personalized solutions. Below you can find examples of some of the things you could be asked to do during your time with us & have the chance to learn: * Complete escrow transactions by determining requirements & disbursing funds. * Completes calculations by prorating taxes and interest. * Managing and maintaining transaction catalogue * Establishes escrow account by depositing funds; maintaining records. * Ensure compliance with industry guidelines and company values, mission, & vision.
