Overview
The Role Phoenix Raven Recruitment Ltd are currently recruiting for experienced and reliable temporary Warehouse Assistant to work within our clients large and busy warehouse based in Melton Mowbray. The Role will be picking and packing as well as loading and stacking orders using a scanner. The role is a 'cradle to grave' type role where you will be responsible for receiving the orders, picking the item from stock, stacking into relevant posting bays, scanning packing list into system, scanning item into the system, checking correct SKU codes, printing posting labels. The hours are Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm (flexibility in hours and weekend work needed during busy periods) . The role requires an immediate start and is TEMP, which means the role might be for a few days but may be extended - will last approximately 0 - 13 weeks but may even become permanent Your Profile In order to be considered for this position you must have previous warehouse experience , including picking orders, loading, goods in etc. If you have experience using a scanner then please let us know in your application as this is super helpful You will need to have good written and verbal skills as well as a good knowledge of using a computer. Our client has asked for someone who is outgoing and fun and use to working in a busy fast-pace environment. Experience of manual handling is desirable. You must be reliable and want to be working and committed to the role for its entire duration .
