As a Manager of Clinical Operations, you will work remotely from home and be dedicated to one of our global pharmaceutical clients; a company that bring innovative, effective treatments in five therapeutic areas; Oncology, Cardio-Metabolic diseases, Neurosciences, Infectious Diseases and Immune Diseases. You will: Focus on managing the resources within the team innovatively and effectively, providing training and development opportunities to the team, performing accompanied visits, handling quality issues and supporting the delivery of the overall KPI’s. Ensure training compliance and contribute to the recruitment process, including interviewing and onboarding staff. A significant part of your working day will be dedicated to interfacing with the local client affiliates, to ensure our sponsor-dedicated employees are supported in their work and development. You will also attend client meetings at a regional or global level. You are: Engaging, supportive and you lead by example. To enable success in this position you will have: You will be Degree qualified in life sciences or a health-related field. Ideally have strong previous experience of managing remote and office based staff in a similar leadership role. Previous experience in monitoring of clinical trials, with the relevant knowledge to perform accompanied site visits.
