You would be starting in a trainee recruitment role working alongside a top consultant in order for a fast progression in your career. The company offers a number of different incentives including tailor-made suits, company nights out and designer watches not even to mention the uncapped commissions and monthly team bonuses, the opportunities really are endless. What are you expected to earn starting within this business? Basic salary £22,000- £25,000 £40,000k OTE in your First year £70,000k OTE in your Second year £100,000k OTE in your Third year The skills required as a Trainee Recruitment Consultant: A natural sales ability or proven experience Highly-motivated and financially driven Fantastic communication skills with a natural ability to build on previous relationships Passion to succeed and excel in their career Competitive edge What will a day to day look like in recruitment? Screening CV’s and interviewing new candidates Generating new business by writing adverts and cold calling Hitting targets to hit those major commission structures Maintaining and building on relationships Celebrating the rewards of your success What kind of perks/incentives can you expect from becoming a Trainee Recruitment Consultant? 25 days off a year including 4pm finishes on Friday 5x company holidays a year to places like Ibiza, New York and Las Vegas Luxury items i.e Selfridges vouchers and Rolex’s Weekly, monthly and quarterly lunch clubs and nights out Bar, Table Tennis and Mini Cinema within the offices.
