Line of Service Tax Industry/Sector Not Applicable Specialism Entity Governance and Compliance Management Level Associate Job Description & Summary A career in our Employment Law practice, within Legal Services, will provide you with the opportunity to help our clients adopt a more strategic approach to global entity governance across their organisations. We help our clients and their legal entities with the incorporation of new companies, on going compliance with local legislation, and restructuring of their global businesses to manage governance and compliance risks. Our team helps our clients on issues regarding employment law, human resources and global tax services to deliver legal advice with a strategic, holistic business focus. You'll join a group of employment specialists that have the commercial acumen, the local contacts, and the wealth of experience to help our clients gain maximum value on employment strategies. Job responsibilities: You will work in the team of experts who consult clients on Market Entry, Employment, Immigration law in Ukraine, as well as on liquidation of Ukrainian companies and Representative Offices. Your responsibilities will be : Drafting corporate documents on establishing business in Ukraine Drafting employment documents Guiding clients through the corporateand employment legislation and procedures Providing practical advice on solutions regarding establishment and closure of business in Ukraine Preparing memoranda on legal matters related to Ukrainian business operations and employment matters Please see our Privacy Statement here: Requirements: University degree in Law 3+ years of professional experience in a law firm / consulting practice Specific knowledge and expertise in the areas of setting up business in various legal forms, corporate law, regulatory framework, experience in liquidation of Ukrainian entities;employment law, including in the area of HR compliance matters and complex dismissal cases. Experience in: preparing consultations and drafting documents in English and Ukrainian. Strong communication and analytical skills with attention to detail.
