Overview
Do you have an interest in the stock market investment sector? Do you enjoy telephone customer services but also have good admin skills? We are recruiting for a Customer Services/Administrator for a Southend on Sea based company. Duties will include: Dealing daily with queries from customers about new accounts, using their tools and problems they may be experiencing. Moderating chat posts E-mailing customers about their queries Speaking to the website users on the phone in a customer service capacity- to check they are happy with the service and also to conduct exit surveys when subscribers leave This role will also include some marketing support which will involve some copy-writing, setting up basic e-mail campaigns, managing basic social media posts and queries, basic competitor research and co-ordinating marketing materials for the business as a whole. Skills required: Good written and spoken English (please demonstrate this with supporting statement/cover letter when applying) Personable with a confident telephone manner, happy to deal with the public Comfortable working in a small team Ability to learn about a niche financial sector (stock market investment) This is a full time permanent role.
