Overview
We are currently working with a dynamic insurance company that is recruiting for a Claims Customer Service Advisor. This opportunity would suit an individual with experience in delivering excellent customer service, along with having a confident and professional telephone manner and previous experience in the insurance sector. The role requires the individual to support all duties associated with assessing and managing the claims, including chasing information by phone and email from the policyholders and other parties and updating the policyholders on the status of the claim. The role will require the individual to be confident in dealing with the public over the phone and in writing. The ideal candidate will have the following Previous customer service experience including both good written and verbal communication with customers Ability to multitask and manage conflict with customers over the phone Experience of using Microsoft systems including Outlook, Excel and Word Experience gained from the insurance industry either in administration roles or working in call centres or customer service centres This role will start immediately for the right candidate.
