Overview
Seeking experienced Customer Service candidates available for temporary assignments in the SE London and North Kent areas Managing incoming calls and customer service inquiries Identifying and assessing customers' needs to achieve satisfaction Build relationships and trust with customers Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution Keep records of customer interactions Follow communication procedures i.e GDPR guidelines You must have experience in - Proven customer support Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening Excellent communication and presentation skills Ability to multi-task, prioritise and manage time effectively If you are seeking short and/or long term temporary work please apply online with an up to date CV
