Overview
Domus are recruiting for an experienced Deputy Manager or very strong Team Leader to join our clients service in Clacton-on-Sea to provide person-centred care to adults with enduring mental health problems. My client is an established national care provider who specialise in supporting adults with Learning Disabilities, Mental health, Autism and other associated needs. You will be well supported and there is limitless progression opportunity within the organisation. You will ideally have significant previous Deputy Manager experience in care homes supporting individuals with Mental Health conditions and demonstrate true commitment both to your own personal development and to the development of your wider team. You will be confident enough to make autonomous decisions, while collaborative enough to work as part of a multi-disciplinary team. You will have a strong work ethic, ability to build solid working relationships and be both caring and professional at all times. Experience Required: Level 3 Social Care qualification (Desirable) or a commitment to complete the qualification within an agreed timeframe. Reasonable experience of working at a Deputy Manager or Team Leader level in a care/support setting. Experience working within a Mental Health setting.
