Overview
Outbound Telesales Team Leader Responsible for the daily running and management of the Outbound Sales Channel, and the individual outbound campaign activities within the team at the head office in Swindon. Accountable for achieving sales performance, growth, and conversion targets across all campaigns in the Outbound channel. Work collaboratively with Inbound Team Manager, Senior M.I. Analyst, Customer Service personnel, HR and Store colleagues to ensure a consistent customer centric experience. Transfer "know how" through coaching and development of the Outbound team in order to support them to be empowered to be able to deliver department objectives and continuous improvement from within the business. To continuously develop team members through active coaching, remote call assessment, performance and behaviour 121 management on a weekly basis Process all payroll and HR updates as appropriate to specific business deadlines Fully conversant of data performance and management through Genesys PURE CLOUD Duties of a Telesales Team Leader: Coaching, inspiring and motivating the sales team. Ensuring the team meets sales targets as set by the business. Sales training, development, and performance management. A good understanding of the market dynamics in the furniture sector. Developing sales strategies to guarantee success and growth. Developing and maintaining customer relationships Disciplined use of dialler and CRM system, communication and customer management. Monitoring random calls for quality assurance. Forecasting and analysing sales data. Completion of all associated HR and performance management documentation Reporting of performance to target and associated KPI's to Head of Sales & Service Director Team Leader Requirements: Outbound Telesales experience Experience managing a team of sales personnel Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong organisational skills Ability to prioritise and handle multiple tasks at any given time Detail oriented The successful candidate will work 5 days in 7 on a rotation basis, be part of an uncapped commission scheme and will even get their birthday off every year Apply today for a confidential chat or full job specification.
