If you answered YES , then we would love to hear from you The Role Job Title: Customer Service Team Leader Job Type: Permanent Location: Swindon Annual salary: £22,000 Hours: Full Time - Shifts between 8am-9pm, Mon- Sun (including working 1 weekend in 2) You will be working as a customer service team leader for our brilliant new client a market leading entertainment business , so this really is an exciting time to get on board In this role you will be working as part of our exciting new team overseeing a team of customer service advisors and motivating them to deliver exception levels of service. All whilst ensuring our client’s customers have the best experience possible You will be responsible for making sure all SLA’s and targets are met. You will support your team to drive productivity for advisors dealing with questions, queries and sales, as well as upselling additional product and the latest deals Our solution will deliver a truly omni-channel experience for customers and colleagues alike. Complementing voice calls with email and into chat, social and private messaging - all supported by our innovative tPoint technology solution. We are going to make every moment magic for our client’s customers - and for our colleagues that service them About You We are looking for someone who loves great customer service as much as they love the entertainment industry and who wants to make the customers experience as incredible as it possibly can be Keeping an eye on what’s new in the entertainment world and being social media savvy is key. You will need to be passionate about delivering exceptional levels of service and the ability to go above and beyond for our customers. You will be an inspiring team leader or supervisor, preferably from a contact centre background. You will be an excellent communicator who is able to motivate and manage a team to success. You will need excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
