Overview

Customer Service Administrator Temporary (4-5 Month assignment - Potential to go Perm) Salary - up to £19K Status - Immediate Start Location - Newport Working hours - Monday to Thursday 8.30am to 5pm with 30 minutes for lunch. Friday 9am to 4pm with 30 minutes for lunch. Job Purpose Processing customer orders Sending confirmations Answering calls/emails from customers regarding new and existing deliveries Dealing with customer enquiry for stock Recording and processing customer complaints Producing specific reports and sending them out at requested timescales Liaising with courier companies Office duties to be carried out such as administration and greeting visitors Having a positive mind-set and staying on top of a busy workload Strong attention to detail to record accurately on systems Have customer service administration experience Are committed and have a strong work ethic Excellent written and verbal skills Able to use office 365 If you think you would be suitable for this position, or know someone who is, please get in touch
