Overview
Customer Service Advisor Location: Newport Pay Rate : £9.83 Start Date: 15th April Are you looking for a new and exciting opportunity working for Lloyds Banking Group? Pertemps are recruiting on behalf of Lloyds Banking Group for Customer Service Advisors to join their telephone banking department. You will be at the forefront of delivering excellent customer service via telephone and webchat systems helping to resolve customer queries. DETAILS: 6 month temporary role with a possibility of extension or potential to go permanent Working patterns Monday – Sunday including weekends, 12:00 – 23:00 35 hours a week RESPONSIBILITIES: Manage inbound customer calls Take complete ownership of customer problems Respond to telephony, digital and admin based customer queries Investigate complex enquiries through to solution SKILLS: A positive approach to customer service Strong written and verbal communication skills Have the ability to exceed customer expectations and show that you truly care about their concerns Be adaptable to change, willing to embrace new ideas and be flexible towards demanding and urgent customer needs WHAT’S IN IT FOR YOU?
