Overview

We are currently looking for a Customer Service Advisor - Recoveries to join our existing Customer Assistance team based in Coventry. With immediate starts available, you will join us on a full time, permanent basis working 40 hours a week between the hours of 8am -8pm Mon-Fri and 8am-5pm Sat-Sun. In return, we are offering a competitive starting salary at £18,200 increasing to £19,300 after 6 months Service. As our Customer Service Advisor, your primary objective will be to assist customers with payment options on overdue amounts on their credit cards or those dealing with financial difficulty. You will need to have an empathetic approach to assisting your customers to ensure you get the correct outcome.
