Overview

We're pleased to be working with an established and entrepreneurial M&A boutique which focuses on transaction within the Technology, IT Solutions and Business Services sectors. They are seeking an Associate Vice President to join the team in London. With their extensive network across Europe, USA and Asia they have a true global presence and they have ambitious plans for the future. The team have a strong track record of closed transactions with a very healthy pipeline moving forward into the new year. The ideal candidate will be somebody who is looking to move away from being another cog in the wheel and wishes to be more hands on in the deal process. You will have the opportunity to play an integral part in building a global enterprise. You will be responsible for leading transaction execution, managing transactions end to end, including financial modelling, the preparation of IMs, participating in buyer/management meetings, managing the due diligence process, negotiating offers, as well as being proactive in originating deals. You will have gained 3-5 years of M&A experience either within an investment bank, big 4 or boutique advisory team. You should be a strong modeller and have experience of managing the transaction from inception to completion. You will be able to execute multiple projects with minimal supervision. You will have had experience within technology/IT solutions and/or business services and particularly a keen interest in the same. You must be a team player with the ability to work well in a a dispersed team. The role is based in London but there is the flexibility to work from home as and when you wish when not meeting with clients.
