Corporate Associate/Senior Associate-Private Equity- London Major international firm seeking corporate associate or senior associate to join their private equity team. The Role: -Tier 2 ranked private equity team - We are working with a high profile international firm who are looking for a corporate associate to join their high performing & highly regarded private equity team -The firm is well known in London and internationally -Majority of deals range from £20 million- £200 million - As a corporate associate you will advise UK and international private equity houses and their investee companies. -You will have direct access to these clients from day one, working closely with Partners in London and the US, giving talented and driven lawyers an opportunity to develop their legal experience and skills to their full ability.
