The Role The firm is seeking to hire a Corporate Associate into their modern City of London office. You will deal with a varied client base ranging from smaller tech companies right up to FTSE 250 companies and will make for a much more interesting caseload. The team advises on all forms of; Corporate transactions from private and public M&A, Private equity to IPOs, Capital reorganisations and restructurings Joint ventures, together with all corporate governance. Commercial review, drafting and negotiating a wide range of agreements. Data protection and privacy Regulatory advice including e-commerce Requirements You will be a Corporate and Commercial Solicitor with 3 years PQE You will have good technical knowledge Experience in the technology, telecoms or the intellectual property sector are highly advantageous, but not essential You will be an ambitious candidate and commercially aware This is an excellent opportunity for a Corporate and Commercial Associate to join this Top 200, leading national corporate department, based in the City of London.
