The Role This is an exciting opportunity for a Corporate Tax Senior Lawyer (5 PQE) to join this Top 20 law firms City of London office and be part of an award-winning Firm. You will be working with this leading firms core clients providing tax advise on Corporate, Property and Commercial Structures' and Transactions for both groups Tax clients and those of the firms Corporate, Financial Services, Property and Project Groups. You will work on Restructurings and De-Mergers, M&A, Joint Ventures, Funding Transactions, Outsourcing and Private Equity/Funds Investments. You will work with the integrated Tax and share plans team at the structuring stage of a transaction. You will work on Both Domestic and International matters The Requirements You will be a Corporate Tax Lawyer with 5 Years PQE You will have experience working in an international Private practice/ Institution You will have strong communication skills Ideal candidate will have broad M&A experience. Some Finance Tax and International structuring would be advantageous but not essential You will be commercially aware and enthusiastic towards Business development.
