Overview
Are you a Deputy Manager with an RGN Qualification? Looking for a new challenge? We would like to give you £39K - 38.5 hrs (2 week rota including weekends) 28 days annual leave including bank holidays Online benefits and cashback rewards SMART Pension option This Deputy Manager RGN role is to work at their services providing 24 hr nursing and respite care for the elderly to be based in Ipswich. The successful Deputy Manager RGN will be responsible for delivering best practice in social care whilst continually developing the service. You will have the opportunity to use your skills in an environment where the effective management of people and processes will be critical to the services success.
