£35,000 - £37,000 p/a – Band 6 Equivalent | 37.5 Hour Contract | £2K Welcome Bonus | RGN/RMN Considered | Some Supernumerary Hours | Elderly Home – Good CQC A 40 bedded nursing home on the northern outskirts of Ipswich is currently looking to recruit an experienced Registered Nurse (RGN or RMN) with management experience to work as Deputy Manager. The home is fully CQC compliant and offers round the clock nursing care and support to older people living with medical nursing needs and age-related frailties. Details of this RGN/RMN Nurse Deputy Manager position and what the home is offering: A permanent contract of 37.5 hours per week, usually working day shifts with some weekend work and occasional nights required for quality monitoring purposes Duties will be a mix of clinical and supernumerary A great annual salary from £35,000 to £37,000 depending on experience, which is Band 6 equivalent Your own personal development plan with extensive learning and development opportunities in addition to support with NMC revalidation A welcome bonus of £2,000 (Subject to T&Cs) A workplace pension scheme As RGN/RMN Nurse Deputy Manager, you will support the Registered Manager in all aspects of the day to day running of the home and will lead the home in their absence. You will be responsible for managing and monitoring the planning and delivery of care and will ensure care plans and medication records are correctly updated. You will also play a key role in the management and support of staff within the home.
