This nursing home Deputy Manager job offers a leading position, within a home that is renowned for a welcoming team who work very well together. Completing the management team of this very nicely appointed nursing home, you will benefit from an excellent rate of pay, paid breaks and will be entrusted with hands on clinical and managerial leadership of the team. You will enjoy and be part of high staffing ratio-s; and work with the manager in ensuring responsibilities such as training, medication ordering and staff supervisions etc are completed regularly and to a high standard. All in all, this position represents an excellent opportunity for an experienced nurse who would like a little more responsibility or a lot more recognition. In return, my client is looking for a qualified nurse with well-rounded knowledge of all aspects of elderly care e.g. what good care looks like, CQC, safeguarding, clinical duties, and paper-work.
