Job Title: Administrator Salary: £20,995 (rising to £22,100 after probation) Location: Welwyn Garden City Contract: Full time Permanent Hours: Monday - Friday, 8.30am - 5.30pm Company Profile: Specialists in the fire and security industry, supplying systems to local Hertfordshire-based businesses. Due to the recent success and growth of the business, they are currently recruiting for an experienced Administrator to join their small, friendly team The Role: Handling inbound calls and dealing with customer queries Processing invoices and quotes Updating Excel spreadsheets Sorting post Filling Ordering stationary Ordering stock Skills/Experience Required: Previous administration experience is essential (2 years) Strong organisational and priortisation skills Confident using a computer including software such as Microsoft Suite and Excel Experience processing invoices and quotes Should you be short listed for this position, a member of the Smart10 team will be in touch with you soon.
