Overview

Are you an experienced Administrator? Do you have previous experienced working within procurement? Have you got your own transport? If yes, then this maybe the role for you. Our client based in Welwyn Garden City is looking for a Procurement Administrator. Duties of the role will include: Processing purchase requisitions Resolving all invoice queries Managing the set up of all new direct and indirect suppliers Maintaining records of all signed documentation and chasing outstanding and new suppliers. Update PIR's in SAP, circulate changes to key stakeholders (Finance). Support the Site Senior Buyer and Head of Procurement when required.
