Job Title:Administrator Salary: £18,000 per annum Location: Welwyn Garden City Contract: Permanent, Full Time Hours: Monday-Friday, 9am-5.30pm Company Profile: A well-established suppliers of specialist equipment, who pride themselves on delivering a reliable, honest and ethical service. They are now looking for an enthusiastic individual with some administration experience to join their small yet dedicated team. The Role: Communicate with suppliers and handle inbound queries Process sales orders Liaise with internal teams to ensure a smooth process Reporting Maintain clear records on the internal system Send invoices and track payments Handle customer queries Organise and coordinate collections/deliveries Prepare relevant documentation Skills/Experience Required: Experience in administration/customer service (ideally 1 year) Proficiency in MS Office Strong customer service skills Excellent communication skills Team player Should you be short listed for this position, a member of the Smart10 team will be in touch with you soon.
